When you order a digital product or ebook from us, your title is ready for download immediately after your payment has been processed and cleared.
You may redownload your titles at any time (so please keep the download links safe!), but you may not share or redistribute digital downloads. They are for your personal use only, and unauthorised sharing of these products not only contravenes our Terms of Service, but is also a breach of international copyright law, and constitutes piracy.
Print copies of books may be ordered through Amazon or direct from your local bricks-and-mortar bookshop and therefore shipping and delivery policies will be those of the third-party retailer from whom you receive your order.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not generally permit refunds unless there is a technical problem with your purchase. We are unable to provide simply because you changed your mind or did not enjoy the title. We understand fiction is subjective, and we take care to provide full information on and descriptions of our titles (including wordage and excerpts) so you can make an informed decision when purchasing.
However, we want readers to be satisfied with their experiences, so we may be able to provide store credit or exchanges in some circumstances.
Returns of physical products must be arranged through the retailer from whom you purchased them, and will be dictated by that retailer’s policies.
If you need help with a refund or return of a non-functional digital item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
